RNAseq of Mytilus edulis after allogeneic and xenogeneic haemocyte transplants

Haemocytes from Mytilus edulis, Mytilus galloprovincialis, and Magallana gigas were transplanted into Mytilus edulis recipients. Samples of the entire flesh were collected from recipient mussels at 3 and 24 hours post-transplantation for RNA extraction and sequencing. The goal was to investigate the transcriptomic response of mussels to both allogeneic and xenogeneic transplants.
