Metagenomic Sequencing of Uncultured Tyzerella bacteria from Infected Horse Liver

Tyzzer's disease in foals is highly fatal. There is no complete genome sequence of the causative bacteria, the Clostridium piliforme. This project aims to create complete genome sequence of the Clostridium piliforme by performing metagenomic sequencing of infected liver of foal.
