Data for the manuscript "Soil Moisture and Temperature Effects on Seasonal and Diurnal Fluxes of Methane and other Greenhouse Gases from a Temperate Woodland". Includes CH4, CO2 and N2O fluxes measured using 8 chambers in a temperate forest (Alice Holt Forest, UK), and ancillary data such as soil moisture and temperature, rainfall and soil core parameters (bulk density, LOI, pH and particle size).
