Vibrio-specific 16S rRNA sequences from seawater, sediment, and oyster hatchery samples

Vibrionaceae rRNA sequences from seawater, sediment, and oyster hatchery samples. Vibrio-specific 16S rRNA genes were amplified using VF169 and 680R primers (Yong et al. 2006, Thompson et al. 2004) and sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq.
