Indonesia Tornado Database

This dataset corresponds to a report on a tornado that happened in Indonesia between 1834 and 2024. It was collected from old newspaper archives, the BMKG RI extreme weather database, and social media (X and YouTube). It was constructed and used for studying the tornado climatology of Indonesia. This work is being part of a submission paper in the Natural Hazards and Earth System Sciences (NHESS) under the title "Indonesia Tornado Database: Tornado Climatology of Indonesia."
