SNP panels were generated using the following measures: genetic differentiation (FST), Rosenberg's informativeness (In), average contribution of locus to principal components (LC), ranks from the locus selection programs BELS and WHICHLOCI (WL), average rank based on the five preceding measures, and randomly generated ranks. Non-significant p-values are indicated in bold.
