ATAC-seq of mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi): adult liver

Livers from three adult mandarin fish were used for construction of ATAC-seq libraries. Tissues were washed with 0.09 % NaCl solution and grinded in liquid nitrogen, then followed by incubation with lysis buffer for 10 min. The cell suspension was filtered through a 40-m cell strainer and then washed three times with cold PBS buffer. After confirming the purity and intactness of cell nuclei, library construction was carried out. The libraries were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq X platform. Adapter sequences and low-quality reads were removed by Cutadapt.
