Deflections measured with a Benkelman Beam for D6.4-Nantes full-scale testing report

Deflections were measured with a Benkelman Beam, the principle of which is similar to the FWD. A load of 65 kN is used to reproduce the passage of a rolling load but a low speed close to 3 km/h (at a frequency close to 1 Hz). During each series of measurements, 4 measurements were made on each pavement section. Benkelman beam measurements were performed at 0, 50 000, 100 000, 200 000, 500 000, 750 000, 1 000 000 and 1 050 000 loads.
