Musa acuminata AAA Group strain:A and B Transcriptome or Gene expression

Bananas are among the most important crops in the world due to their nutritional and export value. However, banana production has been devastated by fungal infestations caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (Foc), which cannot be effectively prevented or controlled. Since there is very little known about the resistant molecular mechanism of banana , therefore, we aimed to investigate the differential genes expression between resistant(sample A) and susceptible banana roots(sample B) at flower bud differentiation period in which time the banana is easy to be infected by Foc.
