Effects of dietary Bacillus amyloliquefaciens TL106 on growth performance, antioxidant capacity, immune function and intestinal microbiota in Danzhou chickens
收藏资源简介:
This database contains experimental data from a 55-day feeding trial investigating dietary supplementation with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens TL106 in female Danzhou chickens (n=384). Birds were randomly assigned to four groups: control (CON) and three treatments receiving 5×10⁷ (Ba1), 5×10⁸ (Ba2), and 5×10⁹ (Ba3) CFU/kg diet. The dataset includes: Growth performance: Body weight (BW), average daily feed intake (ADFI), feed-to-gain ratio (F/G) for early (1-35d) and later phases (36-55d) Serum parameters: Immunoglobulin M (IgM), albumin (ALB), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) Intestinal morphology: Villus height (VH), crypt depth (CD), and VH/CD ratio in duodenum, jejunum, and ileum Cecal short-chain fatty acids: Acetate, propionate, butyrate, isobutyrate, valerate, isovalerate concentrations 16S rRNA microbial data: Relative abundances of Bacteroidota, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, and genus Faecalibacterium Data are presented as individual values with group means and fitted quadratic regression parameters for dose-response relationships. The database supports the finding that 5×10⁸ CFU/kg is the optimal supplemental dose for improving growth performance and intestinal health.
