The purpose of this project was to profile the immune response to M. tuberculosis in 4 genetically diverse mouse strains. Mice were infected with H37Rv and whole lungs were harvested at 2 weeks or 4 weeks post infection and processed to a single cell suspension. We used 10x Genomics reagents to generate gene expression profiles and Biolegend TotalSeq Mouse Universal oligo-tagged antibody cocktail to capture protein expression.
