Data and model configuration for manuscript "Evaluation of WRF-Chem (version 4.7.1) aeolian dust emission and land surface models over the dust belt"

This record contains the MIDAS dust optical depth dataset used in the study and the WRF-Chem source code (v.4.7.1) and namelist configuration. Files included: MIDAS_DOD_2021_mean.nc: annual mean MIDAS dust optical depth for 2021 at native 1° × 1° resolution namelist.input: WRF-Chem configuration used in the simulations The MIDAS dataset is provided before regridding to the model resolution.
