This study systematically investigated the neuromodulatory effects of high-intensity personalized temporal interference (5 mA) on the right striatum. By employing precise neuroimaging techniques, we explored the functional and structural plasticity within the cortico-striato-thalamo-cortical (CSTC) network. The research involved 28 healthy participants, utilizing a counterbalanced stimulation protocol and combining functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) and Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) to acquire neuroimaging data at multiple time points: pre-stimulation, during-stimulation, and post-stimulation. (RawData1) Dataset Content: This subset contains high-resolution T1 structural images of participants, providing crucial anatomical reference images. Data Sharing Note: Given the large-scale nature of original neuroimaging data, this dataset will be shared in four comprehensive parts: (RawData1), (RawData2), (RawData3), and (RawData4) to facilitate storage and transmission. Each subset covers critical stages and imaging modalities of the study.
