EWSR1::FLI1 Suppresses Ribosome Biogenesis and Creates a Targetable Vulnerability in Ewing Sarcoma Overall design: RNA extracted from polysome fraction (fractionated on 10-50% sucrose gradient) and matched total RNA seq of Ewing sarcoma (A-673, TC-32, SK-N-MC, CHLA-9), rhabdomyosarcoma (RH-30, RD), osteosarcoma (U2OS), and fibroblasts (IMR90) cell lines. Primary human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) are also included in the analysis, as well as A-673/TR/shEF before and after administration of doxycycline for 7 days. 3 biological replicates for each sample.
