Summary we found that in acromegaly patients, the adamtsl1 gene was up-regulated, and the growth hormone secretion was highly related with the expression of adamtsl1. we overexression the adamtsl1 in GH3 cell line, which is a rat pituitary adenoma cell line and secret growth hormone. we collected the RNA of wt gh3 cell line and adamtsl1 overexpression cell for RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis.
