Lunar soil samples contain glass spherules ranging in size from few micrometers to few millimeters, which formed by volcanic lava fountaining or impact melting. The 10084 soil from the Apollo 11 landing site contains glasses representing picritic, mare, and highlands chemical groups. This dataset presents textural observations, major and trace element data, and U-Th-Pb isotopic compositions of volcanic and impact lunar glass spherules from Apollo 11 regolith sample 10084 that define ages and compositions of pyroclastic eruptions and the impact events on the Moon.
