Raw RNA-seq data from control and Ki-67-depleted HCT116 human colon cancer cells Cells were untreated or treated with 0.5 mM indole acetic acid (IAA) to induce degradation of the degron-tagged Ki-67 protein. Total RNA was isolated, mRNA was purified on oligo-dT beads and used to generate libraries sequenced via a PE150 protocol.
