Colon Mucosal Proteomics of Ankylosing Spondylitis versus Chronic Enteritis

To identify differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) in colon tissue of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) versus patients with chronic enteritis using proteomic techniques, and to investigate the functions of the DEPs and the relationship between AS and chronic enteritis.
