Integrated metabolomic, transcriptomic and proteomic expression datasets

This dataset contains integrated multi-omics data generated in this study, including metabolomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic expression profiles.Specifically, the dataset comprises:(i) normalized metabolomic expression data obtained after preprocessing of raw metabolomics measurements;(ii) transcriptomic gene expression data together with functional annotations;(iii) proteomic peptide group quantification data; and(iv) proteomic protein-level quantification data.All datasets were used for downstream statistical and integrative analyses in the associated study.
