Genome-wide data from individual from Borsuka Cave

Genome-wide data from a tooth (C7/675) found in Borsuka Cave, Poland. This data was generated using single-stranded DNA library preparation (Gansauge et al., 2020) that was subsequently enriched via in-solution hybridization capture for either the human mitochondrial genome or ~1.2 million SNPs in the human nuclear genome. The release here includes: (1) unmapped sequences for each enriched library (2) merged sequences from libraries enriched for nuclear DNA that have been mapped to the human reference genome (hg19, GRCh37) (3) sequences from set (2) that have been filtered by length (35 basepairs) and mapping quality (25). The library and file name indicate which type of DNA was enriched for (mtDNA for human mitochondrial DNA and nDNA for SNPs in human nuclear DNA).
