IPN bucket challenge

Bucket challenge of Atlantic salmon (salmo salar) with the infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN) virus (new isolate). The fish are classified as QQ (resistant), Qq and qq (suscepible), based on their genotype of the IPN QTL. The IPN QTL is known to provide protection against the old IPN isoform.
