Fecal bacteria flora of Hezou pig and Japanese pig

Hezou pig is one of a miniature pig pasuring at 3000m highland at sea level in Gansu Province, China RP. Because of the area where is cold and dry climate, feeding condition is poor for pasturing. Since that we were interested in an aspect of gastromical bacteria flora how to get energy Hezou pig do in poor condition. Since that we conducted pyrosequencing analysis with 16S rRNA gene amplicon to characterize in detail of fecal bacterial flora of Hezou pig and Japanese pig.
