Comprehensive Health Program for Healthy Families (FAMISALUD-UCSM)

The Comprehensive Training Project for Healthy Families (FAMISALUD) aims to provide systemic support—cognitive, moral, social, and spiritual—through e-health strategies to families presenting health risk factors. These risks are identified across multiple dimensions, including environmental conditions, biological factors, lifestyle behaviors, the health system context, and social and emotional health processes.
The program is designed as an integral family-centered health promotion model, recognizing the family as the primary unit of health development and prevention. Through digital health tools and structured educational interventions, the project seeks to strengthen family capacities for self-care, health decision-making, and the creation of healthy environments.
