The analytical database comprises 269 consented university faculty members from Ecuador, including 131 women and 138 men.It contains 28 variables: one informed-consent item, six demographic or professional-background variables, and 21 neuroscience-and-learning belief statements.The background variables include gender, age, teaching experience, academic degree, education-related training, and reported sources of information.The 21 belief statements were assessed using a five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree.The dataset contains no direct personal identifiers and is essentially complete, with only one missing response in each of the first two belief items.
