Single-cell RNA-seq analysis of the lungs of Nkx2.1 Cre;Lkb1f/f and Lkb1f/f mice

To investigate the molecular mechanism of LKB1 in the regulation of lung development, we performed single-cell RNA-seq analysis of the lungs of Nkx2.1 Cre;Lkb1f/f and Lkb1f/f mice. In total, 30,408 lung cells were collected for the scRNA-seq analysis of the whole lung cells isolated from 5-week-old Nkx2.1 Cre;Lkb1f/f or Lkb1f/f mice, when the Nkx2.1 Cre;Lkb1f/f mice began to die. The total lung cells isolated from three Lkb1f/f or Nkx2.1Cre;Lkb1f/f mice were pooled and processed to prepare scRNA-seq libraries using Chromium Single Cell 3’ Reagent v3 Kits (10x Genomics, Pleasanton, CA, USA).
