These data files are used for analyses in manuscript Ellis, N.M. and Leroux, S.J. [submitted]. A test of browser impacts on ecosystem function.
This data includes information on the plant community characteristics, litter quantity, soil quality, and litter decomposition rates, as well as abiotic characteristics in Newfoundland, Canada. 
The file also contains R code used for analyses of this data. 
When importing new data (i.e. sw_sites2.csv, ind_spec.csv, height1.csv, litter.csv, soil_quality.csv, decomposition.csv, correlations.csv) while running the R code, be sure to set the <-read.table to where you have saved the .csv files.
