The objective of this study was to delineate the transcriptomic landscapes of the caudate and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLFPC) in individuals with ED and OCD to identify common and distinct molecular pathways that may underlie these disorders. Overall design: A cross-sectional study was conducted, leveraging postmortem brain samples to perform a transcriptomic analysis of the DLPFC and caudate nucleus from 86 control participants, 57 individuals diagnosed with ED, and 27 with OCD.
