mRNA-microRNA Analysis of Sarcoptes scabiei and Host Immune Interactions

In this study, the transctiptome and microRNA comprehensive analysis to resolve the interaction of Sarcoptes scabiei and host for the first time, with the differentially expressed transcripts and microRNAs in response to infection. We found a plenty of different expression unigenes and microRNAs in Sarcoptes scabiei and different expression genes and microRNAs inhost, also the immune signaling pathway. We found a series of allergen and hydrolase unigenes, which laid the foundation for further research.
