Overall design: PRRSV-infected and uninfected PAMs were chosen to systematically investigate the effect of PRRSV infection on PAMs’ miRNAomes of different pig breeds, 24 small RNA libraries from PRRSV-infected/uninfected PAMs in vitro were analyzed using Solexa/Illumina deep-sequencing technology.
