Nationality groups of the foreign population

<p>The dataset breaks down the non-German population of Darmstadt into different groups of nations. For people with multiple citizenships, the first citizenship was used for this evaluation. Only persons with main residence in Darmstadt are included. This time series contains quarterly figures since 2019. The cut-off date is the last day of each quarter.</p> <p>Use the <a href="https://opendata.darmstadt.de/dataset/global feature catalog" target="_blank">global feature catalog</a> to understand the abbreviations and keys used in the records. It also explains the country categories used for this evaluation. To clearly assign all countries included, use the <a href="https://www.destatis.de/DE/Methods/Classifications/State-territorial classification/State membership area key _pdf.pdf? __blob=publicationFile" target="_blank">Destatis-Bev-Codes</a>. </p>
