Danish Gallup Omnibus Data 1965 comprises 11 omnibus surveys carried out by the Danish Gallup Institute in 1965. This data material contains information from omnibus no. 01. # #Each survey contains a number of demographic variables common to all the surveys of that year, as well as a number of questions dealing with topical events. # #The questions common to all 1965 omnibuses are: degree of ur- banization, sex, age, marital status, occupational status of respondent and of supporter, income of family, school education of respondent, social group, party preference. # #The special questions in this omnibus deal with the following issues: # #The performance of the Government; opinions about Lee Harvey Oswald (the presumed assassin of President John F. Kennedy); Saturdays off from work; assessment of Volmer Sørensen's Saturday night TV shows 'Kig Ind' (Drop In); educational TV and radio programmes for children; and attitudes to the 5-day school week
