RNA microarray was performed from glioma cell LN229 and GBM8401 that were treated with Diosmin (160 nM) for 48hr in comparison to DMSO vehicle control. To study the growth inhibition of glioma cells in response to diosmin treatment, total 8 samples were prepared from glioma cells LN229 and GBM8401 for RNA extraction and hybridization on OneArray® Gene Microarrays. Glioma cells treated with diosmin or DMSO, which is taken as vehicle control samples (control).
