Peritoneal leukocytes were isolated from ORP8 KO BM recipients and wild type BM recipients and counted using a hematology analyzer at 17 weeks after BMT and 9 weeks WTD feeding. A) No difference between treatment groups was found in the total number of peritoneal leukocytes. B) The amount of peritoneal lymphocytes did not differ between the groups.
