Microhabitat specialization shape social organization and life-history strategies in a sponge-dwelling goby

Double-digest RAD sequencing was performed on individual Risor ruber collected from multiple sponge hosts to characterize genome-wide variation and assess population structure and genetic relatedness within sponges, within reefs, and among reef sites. Each library represents a single individual sampled from a sponge habitat. The genomic data were generated to evaluate patterns of connectivity, fine-scale genetic structure, and relatedness among social groups occupying discrete host sponges.
