This study investigates the clinical application of injectable aesthetic modalities—mesotherapy and biorevitalization—in patients aged 18–35 years. The analysis is based on a systematic review of specialized literature, clinical observations, and market data from 2023–2024. The conceptual framework of the study is grounded in the paradigm shift from corrective aesthetic dermatology toward a preventive model of care, defined as prejuvenation. This approach emphasizes early intervention aimed at preserving the structural integrity and functional capacity of the skin and minimizing the development of clinically visible signs of aging. The paper explores the molecular and biological mechanisms of action of polynucleotides (PDRN/PN), amino acid complexes, and hyaluronic acid, with consideration of the physiological characteristics of young facial skin. Particular attention is given to their effects on dermal matrix metabolism, reparative processes, and tissue hydration regulation at preclinical stages of skin aging.
