Whole-Body Multi-Site Skeletal X-ray Imaging Dataset for AI-Aided Opportunistic Osteoporosis Screening

This dataset comprises full-body, multi-site skeletal X-ray images obtained from 2,186 patients across three hospitals between January 2021 and November 2024, totaling 12,099 images. In accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) standards and based on dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) test results, patients are classified into three groups: normal bone mass (T-score \u2265 -1.0), osteopenia (-1.0 < T-score < -2.5), and osteoporosis (T-score \u2264 -2.5).
