资源简介:
This project aims to investigate the structural and compositional dynamics of soil bacterial communities in response to different bacterial introduction strategies. We compared three treatment groups: (1) untreated control soil, (2) soil inoculated with free bacterial strains, and (3) soil amended with immobilized bacterial strains. To profile the microbial community, total DNA was extracted from soil samples and subjected to high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene (or shotgun metagenomic sequencing) using the Illumina platform. The generated raw sequence data will provide insights into the colonization efficiency and ecological impact of introduced functional bacteria, supporting applications in soil bioremediation or agricultural improvement.
