Dataset for Figures 5 and 17(b) of “Online Monitoring of Spatter and Porosity Prediction by Melt Pool Temperature in LPBF

This dataset contains the numerical values underlying Figures 5 and 17(b) of the manuscript “Online Monitoring of Spatter and Porosity Prediction by Melt Pool Temperature in LPBF”.The files <code>data/Fig.5.xlsx</code> and <code>data/Fig.17b.xlsx</code> provide the processed data used to generate the corresponding plots in the paper. Each spreadsheet contains the exact values plotted in the figure; columns are labeled with the variables appearing on the axes and legends (e.g. process parameters, melt pool temperature features, spatter/porosity indicators, and performance metrics).The dataset is intended to enable readers to reproduce the figures and to facilitate reuse of the numerical results for comparison, validation, and meta-analysis in future work on laser powder bed fusion, in situ monitoring, and data-driven quality assurance.
