The total weight of all the mixture was 5 kg, and the total composting time was 8 d in both operations. About 65% moisture content was maintained during composting. 100 g samples were collected manually at different intervals of day 0, 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, respectively. Samples were adopted from the upper, central, and lower parts of the compost and these three samples were mixed together.
