Reciprocal Transplant Study: Tundra Moss Microbiomes and Nitrogen Fixation

Project Title: Moss Transplants in Alaska Reveal Host-Specific Microbiomes and Nitrogen Fixation Responses Description: This zenodo entry contains processed 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data (ASVs) with associated metadata and nitrogen fixation measurements from a tundra moss reciprocal transplant experiment. Also included are Three moss species were studied: Hylocomium splendens, Aulacomnium turgidum, & Pleurozium schreberi, across two field sites in Alaska. Datasets: There should be a total of 8 datasets housed within this entry. They contain: ASV count table ASV taxonomy table Sample metaData (transplant conditions, environmental variables, nitrogen fixation rates) Plant community composition counts (vascular and avascular) Weather datasets (Toolik and Healy field sites) ⚠️ An analysis script (.R) is also included! This will generate all amplicon-related figures and results. And, it will calculate nitrogen fixation rates.
