Codes and Scripts for ZNF-Based Prognostic Model in Lung Adenocarcinoma

This dataset contains R scripts and associated data used to construct and validate a zinc finger protein (ZNF)-based prognostic model in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). The scripts were used for differential expression analysis (DEG), univariate and multivariate Cox regression, and gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). Additional analyses include tumor mutation burden (TMB) assessment, immune cell infiltration profiling, immunotherapy response prediction, and drug sensitivity analysis. These materials support the findings presented in the corresponding manuscript submitted to the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (IJMS). All analyses were performed in R (version 4.4.0) using publicly available datasets from TCGA and other sources as described in the Methods section of the manuscript.
