A genome-wide fitness assessment of the genes critical for UVR tolerance under environmentally relevant UVR dosages in the model cyanobacterium Synechococcus elongatus PCC 7942. The experiment was conducted under low, medium, and high UVA/B dosages with a white light only control using an RB-TnSeq library. RNA-Seq analysis was also performed on wild-type Synechococcus elongatus PCC 7942 after 15 minutes and 2 hours of UVR exposure.
