Daily Photovoltaic Electricity Generation Dataset from Adıyaman, Türkiye (2021–2024) This dataset contains 1,330 daily electricity generation observations collected from a grid-connected photovoltaic power plant with a nominal capacity of 110 kW, located in Adıyaman, Türkiye. The observations cover the period from 13 May 2021 to 31 December 2024. The dataset is provided in Microsoft Excel format (.xlsx) and was used to investigate the statistical characteristics of photovoltaic electricity generation and the temporal variation in forecasting model performance. The associated research examines seasonality, volatility, heteroskedasticity, and forecasting superiority using statistical and nonlinear forecasting approaches, including Naive, Seasonal Naive, ETS, SARIMA, Theta, STL-ETS, TBATS, and NNAR. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility and further research on renewable energy forecasting, statistical regime identification, and adaptive forecasting model selection.
