Dataset used in a study on "Relationship between early-career collaboration among researchers and future funding success in Japanese academia"

This dataset is used in the paper entitled as "Relationship between early-career collaboration among researchers and future funding success in Japanese academia", which is submitted to a academic journal. <br> The dataset contains information about Japanese researchers, and their collaboration network. <br> basic_stats.csv: Each line contains following information about a researcher. - year when he/she receive his/her first grant - scientific domain - the number of funded years - total amount of grant money - number of projects - number of PI projects - number of Co-I projects - degree centrality - betweenness centrality <br> grant_per_year.csv: This file contains the amount of grant money obtained by the researchers for each fiscal year. <br> edge_list_*.txt: Edge lists of the collaboration networks of the researchers. <br> For more detailed information, please also refer to the paper that will be available when it is accepted.
