Data from: Genetically-based adaptive trait shifts at an expanding mangrove range margin
收藏资源简介:
[Kennedy-etal_Common-Garden_read-me.txt] Metadata for data sets used in this manuscript. [Kennedy-etal_Common-Garden_ANALYSES.R]R-code to reproduce analyses in the manuscript. [estab_experiment.csv]Trait data from the initial growth and establishment phase (0 - 8 months) of the Avicennia germinans (black mangrove) common garden experiment. Propagule development into seedlings was monitored until eight months post-planting (20 maternal cohorts x 30 biological replicates = 600 total propagules). [growth_experiment.csv]Trait data from the subsequent growth phase (8 - 24 months) of the Avicennia germinans common garden experiment. A random subset of seedlings from the initial growth and establishment phase of the experiment were monitored until two years post-planting (20 maternal cohorts x 12 biological replicates = 240 total seedlings). [maternal_genotypes.csv]Genotype data for 20 Avicennia germinans maternal trees whose offspring were used in the common garden experiment. Leaves samples were collected on 07-08 October 2017 from six collection sites along the Atlantic coast of Florida (27.56 – 30.01◦N).
