Single-cell RNA sequencing profiles mouse tumor immune microenviroment mediated by Xu5P

We used Renca cells for tail vein injection into BALB/c mice followed by the collection of mouse lung tumor tissues with or without Xu5P treatment. The collected tissues underwent CD45 sorting, followed by single-cell sample preparation, library construction, and sequencing to investigate how Xu5P regulates the proportion and composition of cells in the tumor immune microenvironment.
