- Business Information – name, address, website, phone number, etc.
- Business Features – (i.e. onsite parking, cuisine type, digital payments, WiFi, etc.)
- Sentiment Score – overall and by category
- Most discussed topics
- Customer type, origin & language
- Footfall Scores – overall and by time of day/day of week
- Peak/Off-Peak Times
- Online review snippets from over 130 review and social channels
