Many of the projects conducted in the NEES laboratories have prompted, or laid the groundwork for, improvements in building codes, evaluation and design guidelines, and construction practices, enhancing societal resilience to earthquakes and tsunamis. In this report you are invited to explore some of the outcomes and impacts of a decade of earthquake engineering research and to try to envision the future impacts that these works may have yet to achieve.
