Antarctic grass root fungi

The study aims to compare the fungal diversity in roots of the native (D.antarctica) and the invasive (P.annua) grass species in Antarctica. This research is relevant in context of alien species invasion in sites of unique biodiversity and also in anthropogenic influence in Antarctica.
