High-throughput sequencing was performed to analyze genes regulated by the transcription factor FOXA1 in OSC19SSZR cells, a sulfasalazine-resistant oral squamous cell carcinoma cell line. Sulfasalazine-resistant OSC19SSZR cells were transfected with Control or FOXA1 siRNA, and total RNA was purified 48 hours later. Then, gene expression analysis was performed with RNA-sequencing.
